The top floor features an airy loft-style layout with a bedroom perched above an open-concept kitchen, a cozy living space, and an ensuite bathroom. The master suite offers dual environments—a well-equipped kitchenette with a living area, separated by French doors leading to the tranquil master bedroom. This suite extends to a secluded outdoor patio, complemented by a spacious master bath and a walk-in closet designed for two. The ground level houses two additional ensuite bedrooms, complete with full baths and kitchenettes for self-sufficient comfort. Versatile in design, Casona del Sol accommodates guests as a unified grand residence or as individual private retreats.
